In the middle of 2014, I was lucky enough to help out Gavin Rothery - known for his stellar work on the BAFTA award-winning
film Moon - on his short sci-fi film titled The Last Man - which is also his directorial debut. After being screened at various film
festivals around the world, the The Last Man has now released online for everyone - that means you - to watch.
The Last Man stars Richard Glover as a soldier in a war-ridden future, awakening from stasis to find the
world now barren of any life - music artist Charlotte Hatherley also provided the soundtrack for the film. Eagle-eyed fans of
the aforementioned Moon may even spot a few easter eggs within the roughly 20 minute runtime.
If you're at all interested in my contribution to the film, feel free to check out my showreel here.

Gavin has a wide catalog of work history, from games such as Grand Theft Auto III to Shaun Of The Dead and even the upcoming space-sim Star Citizen.
The same few cars were repeatedly moved into different positions, to give the illusion of a much fuller and varied scene.
